from 4.pm onwards never chase ctrs when see them moving up, that is the time punt/synd short-covering for intraday trading (they sold high ealier in the morning, then short-cover back on lows, wch they usuall will proft if in weak over bgt market like now..........said mr market

the main reason that you lose bcos of the TIMING that you enter. Try to improve yourself on timing.if you cant make money on uptrend why want to waste your time to buy shares ?
